How often should I use RubyMask?

Ten minutes per session, four to five evenings a week. Consistency beats intensity — it's a ritual, not a chore.

When will I see results?

Many people notice a rested, more even look within the first two weeks. The full glow typically builds over 6–8 weeks of consistent use. Results vary from person to person.

Is red light therapy safe?

Red light at these wavelengths is non-UV and widely used in salons and dermatology practices. The mask is designed with comfortable eye openings. If you are pregnant, photosensitive, or using photosensitizing medication, check with your physician first — and always follow the included guide.

Does it hurt or feel hot?

No. You'll feel a gentle, pleasant warmth — most people find it deeply relaxing.

Can I use it with my skincare?

Use the mask on clean, dry skin. Apply serums and moisturizers after your session, while skin is warm and receptive.

What's the difference between RubyMask and RubyMask Pro?

RubyMask ($149) is the 10-minute evening ritual: 70 precision LEDs in gold-lined soft silicone with seven spectral modes built on a 630nm red core. RubyMask Pro ($229) is maximum power: 336 LED chips firing 620nm red plus 850nm near-infrared and a blue clarifying mode, with a cordless smart controller — shipped from our US warehouse in days.

How is this different from $400+ masks?

Same class of red-light technology, soft flexible fit, and — on Pro — the same dual-wavelength red + near-infrared pairing. We sell direct and skip the salon markup.

How fast is shipping?

Orders ship free across the US. RubyMask Pro ships from our US warehouse and typically arrives within 2–5 business days; other items arrive within 7–12 business days, with tracking from the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
